Refund & Cancellation Policy

Home Exterior AI sells digital products: an AI exterior-visualization service billed as a monthly Pro subscription and as one-time credit packs. Payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund or cancel.

Pro subscription ($19/month)

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account (the billing portal) at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund, provided the account hasn't made substantial use of the monthly generation allowance.
• Renewals. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal was clearly unintended and unused we'll review it in good faith.

Credit packs ($9 / 20 generations)

• Unused packs are refundable within 14 days. If you haven't spent any of the purchased credits, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
• Once credits have been used to generate images, that portion is non-refundable because the compute has been consumed. Credits never expire.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your Lemon Squeezy order number (from your receipt). We aim to respond within 2 business days. You can also manage your subscription and request help through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt email.

Consumer rights (EU/UK)

For consumers in the EU/UK, digital content supplied immediately may fall outside the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once you begin using it and expressly consent to immediate access. Regardless, we honor the refund windows described above. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
