Home Exterior AI is operated by Northpine Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without consent, or content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Content Policy.

AI results are concepts

Generated images are illustrative concepts, not construction documents, appraisals, or guarantees. Full-style makeovers may alter your home's appearance. Verify any real-world decision with a licensed professional.

Free tier & billing

The free tier includes a limited number of watermarked generations. Paid plans and credit packs are sold through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes payment, tax and receipts. Subscriptions renew until canceled from the billing portal. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ownership

You retain rights to your uploaded photos. Subject to these terms, you may use the generated results for personal and commercial purposes. We may use anonymized generations to improve our models.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
